The website and learner OS are not designed for urgent medical advice or individual treatment decisions. For an urgent real-world medical concern, use the appropriate local emergency or clinical service rather than relying on this platform.
Exams and professional bodies
Exam, NHS, Royal College, regulator, university and guideline-body names may be used descriptively. This does not imply endorsement, accreditation, approval or affiliation unless a relationship is expressly stated.
Learning outcomes
Use of Med with Spence does not guarantee an examination pass, score improvement, retention gain or clinical competence. Progress indicators are educational signals based on recorded activity and, where relevant, self-rated recall.
