Important conditions for using Med with Spence educational products and the Visual Learning OS.
Educational purpose
All content is provided for education and exam revision. It does not replace clinical judgement, current guidelines, local policy, senior advice or emergency assessment.
Independent resource
Med with Spence is independent and is not affiliated with MRCP(UK), the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians or any Royal College.
Personal licence
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchased and free files are licensed for the purchaser’s personal educational use. They must not be redistributed, resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services or used to train another commercial product.
Accuracy and updates
Reasonable care is taken in content production, but medicine and exam expectations change. Users remain responsible for checking current authoritative guidance.
Platform access
Platform accounts are personal. Users must keep login details secure and must not share access. Entitlements may be suspended where misuse, unauthorised distribution or security abuse is suspected.
Digital products
Digital-product delivery and refund rights are governed by the checkout provider’s terms and applicable consumer law. Contact support promptly if purchased platform access is not activated or is materially unavailable.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly Complete MRCP OS membership renews through Payhip until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing and removes subscription-based platform access. Separate one-time or lifetime entitlements remain independent. Pricing, billing interval and renewal terms are shown at checkout.

Platform access and purchase email
Paid products provide a personal, non-transferable entitlement to the corresponding course inside the Med with Spence Visual Learning OS. Customers must create or use an account with the same email address used for the Payhip order. Master-slide files are not supplied for download. Access may be revoked following a full refund, chargeback, credential sharing or material breach of these terms.
