These terms are designed for an educational tutoring and mentoring website. They are not a substitute for formal legal advice.

1. About Med with Spence

Med with Spence provides educational tutoring, mentoring, revision resources and learning support for GCSE, A-Level, medical school, OSCE and MRCP learners.

2. Educational support only

All content and sessions are for educational and exam preparation purposes only. They are not personal medical advice, clinical supervision, or a replacement for institutional teaching, professional judgement or local clinical guidelines.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made through the booking links provided on the website. You are responsible for choosing the correct session type and attending at the agreed time.

4. Learner responsibility

Med with Spence aims to improve clarity, confidence and exam preparation. However, outcomes such as grades, exam results, interviews or clinical performance cannot be guaranteed.

5. Respectful learning environment

All sessions should be conducted respectfully. Med with Spence reserves the right to decline or discontinue support where communication or behaviour is inappropriate.

6. Resources and intellectual property

Notes, PDFs, slides, videos and other resources provided by Med with Spence are for personal learning use only. They must not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded or used commercially without permission.

7. Website links

The website may contain links to third-party booking, payment or platform services. Med with Spence is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service grows. The latest version will be available on this website.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment is required before the lesson starts. Payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session start time. Full details are available in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
