Studying more was not fixing the real problem.
Learners could recognise an answer when they saw it, but struggled to retrieve the decisive clue, sequence management safely or explain why a mimic was less likely. Med with Spence was built to repair that gap.

I'm Dr Sunney Salhan, founder of Med with Spence.
I created Med with Spence because too many capable students and doctors are overwhelmed by information but still struggle to remember what matters most.
My goal was simple: make medical learning clearer, more visual, and easier to retain. Through high-yield resources, clinical reasoning, and visual memory frameworks, I help learners learn faster, remember longer, and apply knowledge with confidence.
