How Med with Spence handles information submitted through the website and learning platform.
Information we may receive
We may receive information you submit through contact forms, email, checkout providers or account registration, including your name, email address, purchase reference and support message.
Payments
Library purchases are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. Med with Spence does not receive your full payment card details.
Learning platform
The Visual Learning OS may store account identifiers, course entitlements, progress, bookmarks, notes, confidence ratings and annotation data using Supabase and local browser storage.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide access, deliver support, maintain security, improve the educational experience and meet legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing medwithspence@gmail.com, subject to legal and transactional record requirements.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential storage for navigation and preferences. The platform uses local storage to preserve progress and may synchronise permitted learning state to the signed-in account.
