Quick answers for students, parents and doctors before booking a Med with Spence session.

Who is Med with Spence for?

Med with Spence supports GCSE Science students, A-Level Biology/Chemistry students, medical students preparing for OSCEs, and junior doctors preparing for MRCP Part 1 or wanting clearer clinical frameworks.

How do I book a session?

Use the booking buttons on the website. Choose the route closest to your level: GCSE, A-Level, MRCP/Junior Doctor mentoring, OSCE practice or a free intro call.

Do I need to pay before the lesson?

Yes. Payment must be completed before the lesson starts. A session is only confirmed once payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are generally non-refundable once a session is booked and confirmed, except where required by law or agreed in writing by Med with Spence.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Can I reschedule?

Where at least 72 hours’ notice is given, Med with Spence will try to offer a suitable alternative time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Are the note previews the full notes?

No. The note examples on the website are preview-only examples. Full teaching, explanations and extended resources are provided through sessions, packages or future resource releases.

Is this medical advice?

No. Clinical content is for education, revision and exam preparation only. It is not personal medical advice and should not replace local guidelines, supervision or professional clinical judgement.
