Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment before the lesson
Payment is required before the lesson starts. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Med with Spence.
2. Non-refundable sessions
Payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been booked and confirmed, except where required by law or where Med with Spence agrees otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellation notice
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session start time.
4. Less than 72 hours’ notice
If a session is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or if the learner does not attend, the session may be treated as used. In this situation, the payment may not be refunded and the session may not be rescheduled.
5. Rescheduling
If at least 72 hours’ notice is given, Med with Spence will try to offer a suitable alternative session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. Free intro calls
Free intro calls should also be cancelled or rescheduled if you cannot attend. Repeated missed free calls may mean future booking requests are declined.
7. Packages, notes and digital resources
If paid packages, downloadable notes, courses or digital resources are introduced, specific terms may apply at the point of purchase.
