This notice covers the contact and group-access forms in this website release. It is not the privacy policy for a paid student account or a payment provider.
Information you submit
The forms ask for your name, email, message and enquiry category. Group-access forms also ask for your organisation, role, approximate cohort size, track and optional timeframe. Do not submit patient information, confidential exam content, passwords or payment-card details.
Purpose and form processing
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the request you made. The forms are configured for Netlify Forms processing on the deployed website. Sending an enquiry is not consent to a marketing mailing list and does not create a paid subscription.
Contact and data requests
Contact Med with Spence at medwithspence@gmail.com about your enquiry or to request access, correction or deletion of the information you submitted. Any applicable legal or contractual retention requirement will need to be considered when handling a request.
Public demo and previews
The decision demo runs in your browser. Its answers and confidence choices are not sent to an account or an AI service. This release includes no third-party marketing analytics script. A short-lived session flag may be set after a form POST to show a confirmation message; it is removed when the confirmation page is read.
Before institutional use
Any proposed transfer of learner data or institutional access arrangement needs separate agreement. Do not use the enquiry form to upload learner lists or patient datasets.
